SUMMERTIME EVENTS (check in periodically for new updates)

Posted on Aug 14, 2007

Clear The Air is the Official Charity for IMG’s MasterCard Luxury Week 2007 from 31 August to 8 September in Hong Kong. As part of our participation, we are showing a promotional video along with the other sponsors. A big thank you to Siren Films who accepted our request to produce the video at no cost. It has been created so it can be recycled to create awareness.

We’re producing a video and we’re calling all volunteers. Please feel free to spread the word to friends and family. Contact us by replying to this email.

Here’s what we need …

1. Video participants (international mix)

– 5 to 6 adults – 4 little boys – 2 girls – 2 teenagers – 2 babies
We will not be using sound so no speaking is required and most filming will be from angles that provide anonymity for anyone who’s a bit shy.
2. Food donations (lunch & snacks & drinks) for participants & crew.

3. Location recommendations for filming ie. dumpsite or environmental black spots on HK Island

4. Chinese Copywriter – for signs that will be held up in the video

This promises to be a fun day out for everyone involved.

Filming Dates : Saturday or Sunday 18-19 August 2007
Time : daytime
Place : around Hong Kong
Volunteer : write to mail@cleartheair.org.hk
The video will be shot as a energy-friendly production and we will be using public transportation, hand-held cameras and shooting during daylight.
